| 1974 | Established OKB as a joint venture by three companies: Ohki Brass & Copper Co.,Ltd., Kinsho-Mataichi Corporation, and Brazeway Inc.(USA) Capital: 285 million yen |

| 1976 | Established Tsukiyono plant in Tone-gun, Gunma Prefecture, installed two 2,000 USt extrusion presses. Started manufacture of aluminum extruded shapes and coiled tube for heat exchangers. |
| 1981 | Increased capital to 495 million yen. |
| 1985 | Installed zinc spray equipment and started manufacture of coiled zinc coated flat tube for condenser. |
| 1990 | Started manufacture of maicro multiport tube for parallel flow condenser (PFC). Installed cutting machine for straight tubes and started manufacture of cut length tubes for PFC |
| 1993 | Stopped manufacture of shapes and concentrated on tubes for heat exchager |
| 1994 | Installed a 2,100 Mt indirect extrusion press manufactured by Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co,.Ltd. |
| 1996 | Started multi strands extrusion. Installed Sil-flux coating equipment and started manufacture of Sil-flux coated tubes. |

| 2015 | Made a investment in Chinese company “Oriental Microalu Material PingHu Co.,Ltd.” |
